@SethiXzon well thats what i did and then none of my shortcuts came up. then, a bluescreen that wouldent shutdown,then it told me to buy it, and then my friend came and he fixed!!!
The horror. Turning the computer off didn’t get rid of it.

what you can do is start it up and hit safemode then look for anything you have downloaded in the last 24 hours delete it run a virus scan if its still infected then youll have to pay to get it cleaned but its better then paying a ransom to a hacker -.-

WINDOWS ITS UNSAFE always many viruses are being installed by stupid mistakes and you need to pay for everything .start using linux my friend is 100% safe no virus no malware . llinux its free just download the UBUNTU version on your desktop burn the iso file in cd then install the linux version called UBUNTU
