No, your mouse is safe. However, if you are going to transfer any files from the old computer, do a right click and scan with your AV before opening and saving.
Nope, the mouse does carry over any data like that.
computer virus is actually a software program so it can spread by data transfer only and not by hardware like mouse.
You can connect your mouse to infected computer and then back to new computer. It will not carry Virus
However virus can spread by hardware that stores some data, like CD, DVD, Pen drive, Camera, Hard disk or floppy disk etc
So dont use these devices on infected computer
